摘要
在学习信息多元化时代,翻转课堂教学模式的兴起给应用型本科院校和教师带来机遇和挑战。教师角色的重新定位是实现新形势下人才培养目标的必然趋势。翻转课堂模式下,从教师自身发展视域进行分析,教师角色由“教”师变成了教学资源的收集者和开发者,变成了学生的“导”师,变成了人力资源的开发者和管理者。而实现角色成功转变的关键是教师的综合素养的提高以及良好的培训机制。
In the background of information diversity, flippedclassroom teaching mode brought opportunities and challenges to the applied undergraduate colleges and teachers.The repositioning of teachers' role is the inevitable trend to realize the goal of talent cultivation under the new situation.From the perspective of flipped classroom, some proposals are put forwards about teacher development.The teacher's role should change from "teaching" into division the collector and the developer of teaching resources, and become developers and management of human resources.The Key is to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and establish a good training mechanism.
