加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病并高脂血症的临床疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 84例高血压病合并高脂血症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予中药加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗,均治疗6周后,比较两组用药效果。结果治疗后,观察组头痛头晕、神疲乏力、胸闷症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压病合并高脂血症患者采取加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗效果较好,能改善患者临床症状,促进患者恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 84 hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia patients were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine for treatment, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction for treatment. After 6 weeks of treatment, meditation effect was compared in two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had lower headache and dizziness, fatigue, chest distress symptoms integral than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 95.24% than 76.19% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction provides good treatment effect in hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia patients, and it can improve clinical symptoms and promote recovery in patients.
