通络针灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical observation on Tongluo acupuncture combined with point application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的观察自拟通络针灸法联合中药穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法 60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规口服止痛药联合一般针刺方法 ,试验组在对照组基础上采用通络针灸法和中药穴位贴敷治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及腰椎疾病治疗评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组VAS评分(2.35±0.97)分、腰椎疾病治疗评分(21.59±4.36)分均优于对照组的(4.21±1.27)、(17.15±3.18)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通络针灸法联合中药穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-designed Tongluo acupuncture combined with point application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 60 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided by envelope method into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received regular oral analgesics combined with general acupuncture method, and the experimental group received Tongluo acupuncture combined with point application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Clinical curative effect was observed and compared in two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale（VAS） score and lumbar diseases treatment score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the experimental group had better VAS score as（2.35±0.97） points, lumbar diseases treatment score as（21.59±4.36） points than（4.21±1.27） and（17.15±3.18） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Tongluo acupuncture and point application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine shows affirmative clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
