应用中医穴位按摩在产时分娩镇痛的效果

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage applied in intrapartum labor analgesia

目的研究分析应用中医穴位按摩在产时分娩镇痛的效果。方法100例初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与穴位按摩组,每组50例。对照组常规自然分娩,不实施其他治疗措施;穴位按摩组应用中医穴位按摩。比较两组镇痛效果、新生儿Apgar评分、产后2 h及24 h出血量、产后第3天泌乳量。结果(1)穴位按摩组镇痛总有效率98.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)穴位按摩组产后2、24 h出血量(87.39±3.57)、(156.61±12.59)ml显著少于对照组(186.51±13.23)、(365.62±21.21)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)穴位按摩组产后第3天泌乳量(195.44±28.55)ml显著多于对照组(123.23±17.66)ml差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中医穴位按摩在产时分娩镇痛的效果确切,可有效镇痛,减少产后出血,增加产后泌乳量,且对新生儿无不良影响,值得推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage applied in intrapartum labor analgesia.Methods A total of 100 primiparas as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and acupuncture point massage group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional natural delivery without other treatment measures,and the acupuncture point massage group received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage.Comparison were made on analgesic effect and neonatal Apgar score,2 h and 24 h postpartum haemorrhage amount,lactation amount in 3 days postpartum in two groups.Results（1）The acupuncture point massage group had higher total analgesic effect as 98.00%than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.（2）Both groups had no statistically significant difference in neonatal Apgar score（P〉0.05）.（3）The acupuncture point massage group had obviously less 2 h and 24 h postpartum haemorrhage amount as（87.39±3.57）and（156.61±12.59）ml than（186.51±13.23）and（365.62±21.21）ml in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.（4）The acupuncture point massage group had more lactation amount in3 days postpartum as（195.44±28.55）ml than（123.23±17.66）ml in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage shows affirmative effect in intrapartum labor analgesia,which can effective ease pain,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum lactation amount without adverse effect on newborns,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
