摘要 目的探讨染色体微阵列分析(chromosomal microarray analysis CMA)技术在早孕期自然流产中的应用价值。方法选取2016年6月至2016年12月在无锡市妇幼保健院门诊因自然流产行清宫术的病例90例进行回顾性分析,所有病例行传统染色体核型分析,70例行CMA检测。结果核型分析检测出7.78%(7/90)的异常,而CMA发现11.43%(8/70)的异常。在核型正常的病例中,CMA额外检出6.57%的异常。结论染色体微阵列分析技术可以在全基因组范围内高分辨检测染色体的微缺失和微重复。与染色体核型分析相比,CMA技术具有高通量、高分辨率和高自动化检测的优势。 Objective:To investigate the application value of microarray analysis chromosomal(CMA)technique in early pregnancy spontaneous abortion. Methods:From June 2016 to December 2016 in the outpatient department of Wuxi Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital from natural abortion curettage cases 90 cases were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent conventional karyotype analysis,70 cases with CMA detection. Results:The karyotype analysis detected 7.78%(90/7)of the abnormalities,while CMA found 11.43%(8/70)of the abnormalities.In the case of normal karyotype,6.57% of the abnormal CMA were detected. Conclusion:The chromosomal microarray analysis technique can detect chromosomal deletions and micro repeats in the whole genome range.Compared with the karyotype analysis,CMA technology has the advantages of high throughput,high resolution and high automatic detection.
