摘要
基于近三年杭州市级公立医院财政投入与补偿数据和实证分析,阐述综合改革进程中政府财政补偿发挥的作用,探讨财政投入方式、医疗服务价格调整、医保补偿机制与系统协同等存在的问题及思考。
Based on the data of financial investment and compensation and on empirical analysis of municipal public hospitals in Hangzhou in last three years, this article stated the role of government financial compensation in comprehensive reform, discussed the problems and thinking of financial investment ways, medical service price adjustment, health insurance compensation mechanism and system coordination.
