某医院泌尿外科前列地尔注射液使用情况分析

Analysis of Alprostadil Injection Use in Department of Urology in a Hospital

前列地尔注射液做为改善微循环辅助用药,在某三甲医院泌尿外科使用强度异常高。为调查该科室是否存在不合理使用前列地尔注射液情况,进行干预以促进合理使用,利用医院电子病历平台收集该院2015年泌尿外科住院患者使用前列地尔注射液的1420份病例,对其临床主要诊断、用法用量、使用疗程等方面进行统计分析,及时将调查结果反馈给临床并进行宣教以促进合理用药。

Alprostadil Injection was very frequently used as adjuvant to improve microcirculation, in department of urology of a tertiary hospital. In order to investigate irrational use of Alprostadil injection in this department, and to promote rational use of Alprostadil injection with intervention, the investigators collected 1420 Alprostadil injection inpatient cases admitted to department of urology in 2015 through electronic medical record platform. Statistical analysis was conducted on the main clinical diagnosis, usage and dosage, and the course of treatment. Results were fed back to clinical staff and education was conducted to promote the rational use of Alprostadil injection.
