如何利用有限的床位资源,最大限度地满足病人的住院需求。某医院采用流动病房、不加床措施加以解决。该住院模式不同于传统的住院模式,医院的数据统计模式也发生变化。如何进行数据采集、统计、校验、控制,是一个必须解决的问题。本文从实际出发,探讨流动病房模式下的数据统计。

To explore how to maximize utilization of limited beds to satisfy inpatient demand. One hospital adopted mode characterized by dynamic wards and no extra beds. This mode was different from traditional inpatient arrangement mode, and thus the mode of data recording and analysis also changed. Fulfilling data collection, statistical analysis, verification and control was an important issue. Taking real conditions into consideration, this article discussed the data statistics in the dynamic ward mode.
