摘要
苯醚甲环唑属于三唑类杀菌剂。我们以斑马鱼胚胎为研究模型,从形态学和组织学研究了苯醚甲环唑对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响,以评价其对水生生物的影响。观察在2.50×10^(-3)、5.00×10^(-2)、0.100、0.200、0.400、0.800、1.60mga.i./L 7个浓度下对斑马鱼发育形态及存活率、孵化率的影响。结果表明随着浓度的增大,孵化率降低,孵化时间延长。在高浓度处理组中,出现畸形的仔鱼数量增多,基本以心包囊肿和卵黄囊肿为主,不同浓度的苯醚甲环唑处理过的胚胎,其孵出仔鱼的体长没有明显区别。苯醚甲环唑对斑马鱼的胚胎发育具有一定的致死和致畸效应,本研究为农药对水生生物生态毒理学的研究提供了一些依据。
Difenoconazole belongs to triazole fungicides. By using zebrafish embryos as research models, the effects of difenoconazole to zebrafish embryonic development were studied from both morphological and histological perspectives to evaluate its impact on aquatic organisms. The influence were observed to zebrafish development morphology and viability and hatchability under the following seven concentrations:2.50 ×10^ -3, 5. 00 × 10 ^-2, 0. 100 , 0. 200, 0. 400, 0. 800 and 1.60,( all in mg a. i./L) . The results showed that hatchability was reduced and that the incubation time was extended the number of with the increase of concentration. In the treatment group with higher concentrations, deformed larvae increased, characterized by the pericardial cyst and yolk cyst. No significant differences were observed in the body length between the hatched larvaes treated by dif- ferent concentrations. The results showed that difenoconazole presented certain lethal and teratogenic effects on zebrafish embryonic development. This study provided some basis for the research on pesticide toxicology on aquatic ecology.
