基于云计算的医事法学人才协同培养创新平台的构建设想

Constructive proposal of training compound medical jurisprudence talents based on cloud computing

医事法学在我国尚处于发展阶段。医事法学专业设置和名称不一,加上复合型师资缺乏、教学案例与法律实务脱节、教学方法、内容滞后等严重制约了医事法学人才培养和专业发展。同时,移动终端设备的普及将现代化的教育模式推到了时代改革发展的前沿。当前,教育界、医疗界及企业界已经开始尝试云计算技术在信息化建设中的应用,云计算的引入将成为当前数字化医院和数字化教育的一个重大机遇。本文旨在借鉴教育云、医院云等云平台建设经验的基础上,设想建立一个基于云计算的医师法学人才协同培养平台,以突破时间、空间和地域的教、学限制,拓宽医事法学教学平台,实现开放、共享、泛在的教学和实践,实现医事法学复合型人才培养目标。

Medical jurisprudence as a specialty combining medical sciences with law,is still in its infancy.Inconformity of train target,educational system and degree result in variety of specialty curriculum,teaching method and so forth,and that limits the specialty development consequentially.Meanwhile personal mobile devices are widely used,and it brings about enormous transformation in education model.At present,extensive application of cloud computing provides substantial opportunity for creating digital hospital,business and education.Based on experiences of cloud computing already worked,this paper expects to build a education cloud computing which enables breakthrough education space-time restrictions and train compound talents with medical jurisprudence specialty and capability.
