摘要
通过昆明市首起非法行医成功强制执行案例,对该案的焦点问题及亮点问题进行分析,针对"打非"中的难点和盲点提出相应合理化建议,为今后"打非"工作提供借鉴和指导。
By the first successful enforcement case of illegal medical practice in Kunming city,this paper analyzed the focus of the case and highlighted problems,aiming at the difficulty and blind spot in combating illegal practice,to put forward the corresponding rationalization proposal for future combating illegal practice.
