太阳能空气-热水两用集热器设计与实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 提出一款针对北方农宅应用的太阳能空气-热水两用集热器,采暖季用之加热空气进行热风采暖、非采暖季用之加热热水提供生活热水。并根据ASHRAE标准,对集热器加热空气和热水的热性能分别进行稳态工况测试。结果表明,加热空气时,当空气流量从80 m^3/h增至120 m^3/h,最大热效率从0.5148增至0.5591。集热器两端压力仅损失约100 Pa。加热热水时,最大热效率可达0.6506。该集热器可大大提高全年利用率,经济适用,适合在北方农村推广,解决农户采暖和生活热水的不同需求。 A air-water hybrid solar collector was designed for air heating in the heating season and providing domestic hot water in non-heating seasons for the rural family in North China. Then, a series of experiments based on ASHRAE Standard was conducted to test the detail thermal performance of the collector. In air heating, the maximum thermal efficiency increased from 0.5148 to 0.5591 when the airflow rate increased from 80 to 120 m3/h. And the pressure drop of the collector was about 100 Pa. In hot water, the maximal thermal efficiency could reach up to 0.6501. The collector can greatly improve the annual thermal conversion ratio of solar energy and economical efficiency. It is suitable to apply to the rural house in North China to meet the demands of space heating and domestic hot water.
