大数据时代情报学与情报工作的回归

The Return of Informatics and Intelligence Work in Big Data Era

长期以来,情报学与情报工作出现了偏移,以信息代替情报的研究模式,造成情报淡化,情报工作更是把文献服务、信息服务当做主要工作,由此大大削弱了情报本身的内涵。文章认为,大数据时代情报学与情报工作迎来了极好的发展机遇,情报界必须要有新思路。文章提出了:在复杂数据中寻求情报,大数据环境下的情报学理论重建,情报学博士培养的专业化,情报工作不仅仅是"耳目、尖兵、参谋",还要成为"引导"科技的尖兵,等建议。特别强调科技情报所(信息所)应当努力将自己培育成国家重要智库。

For a long time, the informatics and intelligence work appeared deviation. That, replace the intelligence with information research pattern, have caused the desalination of the intelligence. The literature service, information service has become the main task of the intelligence work. Thus, the essence of intelligence has been weakened. The author thinks that informatics and intelligence work have an excellent opportunity for development in big data era, intelligence field must have new ideas. The article put forward： to seek information in the complex data, to recon- struct informatics theory under the environment of big data, information science doctoral specialization. Intelligence work is not only eyes and ears, pioneer, staff officer, but also become a guide in science and technology, and so on. The author specially emphasis on, all kinds of science and technology information institute should become a national important think-tank.
