330 kV玉树联网工程输电线路鸟害故障诊断分析及治理

Analysis on the Bird Caused Faults of the 330 kV Transmission Line of the YUSHU Grid Interconnect Project and Improvement

330 kV玉树联网工程输电线路自2013年6月1日投运至2015年底,多次发生鸟害故障跳闸,严重影响玉树地区供电可靠性。为保证输电线路安全可靠运行,国网青海省电力公司在2013年至2015年间,组织开展了线路防鸟害整治工作。通过整治,基本杜绝了线路鸟害故障。针对玉树联网工程输电线路沿线鸟类活动规律及鸟类对输电线路运行的影响进行了阐述,分析总结了玉树联网工程输电线路鸟害跳阐的规律及不同防鸟害措施的效果,提出了青海电网输电线路防鸟害关键技术及应对措施。

From the commission in 1, June, 2013 to the end of 2015, the 330 kV power transmission line of the YUSHU grid interconneetion project experienced tripping faults caused by bird trouble and the reliability of electric power supply to the YUSHU region was badly affected. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power transmission line, the State Grid Qinghai Electric Company carried out the improvement to prevent bird trouble from 2013 to 2015. Through the improvement the bird trouble to the power transmission line had been on the whole eliminated. This paper elaborates the bird＇ s activity pattern along the transmission line and the influence of the birds to the transmission line, analyzes the regularity that the bird trouble results in the transmission line off of operation and the effect of various prevention measures, and then gives the key technology and the countermeasures to prevent bird trouble in the Qinghai power grid.
