双水内冷发电机定子漏水故障分析及处理

Analysis on the Stator Water Leakage Fault of the Double Inner Water Cooling Power Generator and Treatment

针对某发电有限责任公司2号双水内冷发电机定子频繁出现漏水现象,在厂家两次处理无果情况下,依靠自身检修经验,分析漏水故障原因,通过改进焊接工艺和绝缘包覆固化方式,第一次独立处理后效果明显。

The cause for the frequent water leakage form the No. 2 double inner water cooling power generator stator was analyzed based on the experiences accumulated in the past check and repair work. And the fault was treated by improvement of the welding techniques and insulation cladding fixing method of distinct effect to prevent water leakage.
