According to the leadership system for state-owned enterprises that ＂leaders should hold Party and government posts concurrently＂, an administrative principal that serves as the deputy secretary of Party organization （member of standing committee or member） should carry out important leading responsibilities, and other Party members in the leadership group aside from deputies should take ＂double responsibilities in one position＂. The administrative leadership of SINOPEC Maoming Company has been conscientiously implementing the Party building responsibility system by unswervingly adhering to the positioning that ＂leaders are Party members in the first place＂, following the philosophy of ＂serving the Party in the economic field＂ and resolutely implementing the requirement that ＂leaders should assume double responsibilities in one position＂, thus providing strong ideological, political, organizational and environmental support for the company＇s effort to continuously improve its core competitiveness.
