摘要
在改革开放新的历史时期,高素质的人力资源已成为公司发展的战略性资源。而80、90年代出生的新生代员工作为主力群体,具有与以往年代员工不同的成长环境、思维模式及行为特点,如何有效管理新生代员工是人力资源管理面临的新课题。本文分析了新生代员工的共性特征及管理问题,提出了相关的对策和建议。
As China enters a new stage of reform and opening up, high-quality human resources have become strategic assets for the development of companies. As the backbone of the workforce, the new generation of employees born in the 1980s and 1990s were brought up in a different environment from older generations and think and behave differently from the latter. How to effectively manage the new generation of employees is a new challenge faced by human resource management. The paper analyzes the common features of the new generation of employees and the challenges in managing this group of people, and puts forward corresponding solutions as well as suggestions.
