With the development of internet technologies,internet transaction is becoming more and more common,but behaviors which infringe consumers＇ legal rights and break normal trading orders occur frequently.In order to promote the development of E-commerce,it is necessary to strengthen the legislation of E-commerce,introduce specialized and systematic laws to regulate internet transactions.Meanwhile,it is necessary to improve the supervision of internet transactions,clarify every government agent＇s responsibilities to supervise internet transactions,and strengthen joint inspection and supervision among various agencies to crack down on illegal transaction behaviors.Government agencies should continue to improve credit evaluation system,develop integrity education and propaganda,and improve the consciousness and ability of self-restriction.The above measures and methods are important to regulate internet transactions,maintain trading orders,and promote the healthy development of internet economy.
