摘要
目的研究一株毛壳属内生真菌Chaetomium sp.的次生代谢产物。方法采用硅胶、凝胶和半制备等多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从发酵提取物中共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为chetoseminudin B(1)、gonytolide C(2)、chaetone D(3)、1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde(4)、1H-吲哚-3-羧酸(5)、indole-3-methylethanoate(6)、3R*,4R*-二羟基-3-甲基戊烷-2-酮(7)、大黄素(8)、3β,5α,9α-trihydroxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-6-one(9)、(3β,5α,6β,22E)-6-methoxyergosta-7,22-diene-3,5-diol(10)。结论化合物1~10均为首次从该菌种中分离得到。
Objective To study the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Chaetomium sp. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods on silica gel, Sephadex-LH20 columns, and semi-prep HPLC. The structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic data interpretation. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as chetoseminudin B (1), gonytolide C (2), ehaetone D (3), 1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde (4), 1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid (5), indole-3-methylethanoate (6), 3R*,4R*-dihydroxy-3-methylpentan-2-one (7), emodin (8), 3β,5α,9a-trihydroxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-6-one (9), and (313,5ct, 613,22E)-6-methoxyergosta-7,22-diene-3,5-diol (10). Conclusion All compounds are isolated from Chaetomium sp. for the first time.
