摘要
将冷却机内下降运动的球团看作拟流体,应用黏性流模型的基本思路,建立描述冷却机内球团下降运动的数学模型,对球团在冷却机预存段和冷却段内的运动过程进行数值模拟,结果表明:确保足够的预存段高度,将有效降低布料的不均匀对球团在冷却段传热过程的影响;在出料口面积一定时,风帽的形状对其附近球团速度有一定影响,风帽形状与球团运动流线越吻合,风帽周围球团的滞后层越薄。
The pellet falling in the cooling machine is considered as a pseudo fluid, and a mathematical model describing the falling moliun of pellets in the conler is eslablished based on the basic idea of viscous flow model. The numerical simulation of the movement process of the pellet in the pre cooling section and the cooling section of the cooling machine is carried out. The results show that the influence of the uneven distribution of the material on the heat transfer process of the cooling zone can be effectively reduced by ensuring the height of the deposit. In the outlet area, the shape of blast cap has a certain influence on the near pellet speed. The more consistent the cap shape is with pellet flowline, the thinner the lagging pellets layer around the hlast cap is.
