摘要
通过对炼钢、轧钢等工序进行优化,显著提高了钢板质量,有效防止了钢板中心偏析和夹杂的产生,杜绝了氧化铁皮类缺陷和各类磕碰划伤缺陷,通过合理的预处理方案的实施,成功试制了高表面质量无缺陷钢板,满足了客户的使用要求。
By the optimization of steelmaking and plate rolling, the quality of plate is improved evidently. The central segregation and inclusions are prevented. The knocking, scuffing and oxide scales are decreased. By the appropriate pretreatment, the high surface quality and indefectible plates are trial-produced successfully which can satisfy the customer requirements.
