摘要
针对莱钢烧结配料存在控制精度不高、配料效率低、自动联锁运行易出现故障等问题,在配料自动化控制系统中应用模糊控制和数据拟合技术,实现了数学模型化的配料,配料精度由3%提高到3‰,返矿率平均下降1.3%,转鼓指数提高1.3%,烧结矿碱度稳定度提高,设备故障率明显下降。
For the problem of the lower control accuracy in sintering burdening and mixing efficiency, the easy failure for the automatic interlock operation and so on in Laiwu steel, the fuzzy control and data fitting technology in automatic batching control system was applied. The mathematical model for the ingredients was realized, the proportioning accuracy is increased from 3% up to 3 per thousand, and the returns rate is reduced 1.3% in an average. The drum index is increased 1.3%, the stability of sinter basicity is improved, the equipment fault rate is decreased obviously.
