摘要
泰钢在冶炼不锈钢TS21钢的生产工艺过程中,为提高碳含量的达标率,采用优选法对影响因素吹氧量进行了选取,最终确定1 750 m^3为最佳吹氧量。经过跟踪验证,结果表明,碳含量达标率提高到了95%,年节约成本202.6万元。
In the production process of stainless steel smelting Taishan steel TS21 steel, carbon content in order to improve the compliance rate, the influence factors of blowing oxygen was selected by optimization method, the final 1 750 m3 was the best oxygen blowing. After tracking verification, the results show that the carbon content compliance rate increased to 95%, the annual economic benefits of 2 026 thousand Yuan.
