摘要
建立健全的学前教育质量监测体系是提高学前教育质量的重要保证,其中对儿童的学习和发展进行评估和监控是教育质量监测的重要组成部分。数学既是学前儿童入学准备的核心内容,也是儿童学习和发展评估的重要内容。学前儿童数学监测评估的内容在价值取向上应反映我们对儿童学习和发展内涵的最新理解以及创新社会对人才素质的要求,尤其要强调儿童数学过程性能力的发展和良好学习品质的形成。学前儿童数学监测评估的方法在价值取向上应强调形成性评价和结果性评价的结合以及评价主体和手段的多元化。
Constructing a complete preschool education monitoring system is the important security measure for the improvement of the quality of early childhood education. The assessment and monitoring for young children's learning and development is an important component of education quality monitoring system. Math is not only an important part of children's school readiness but also an important part for children's learning and development evaluation. The construction of math monitoring indicator system should be based on the new perspectives of children development and learning theory as well as on the requirements for human resources in the innovative society. The core characters good for children's life-long learning and development should be nurtured, which include math knowledge, processing abilities and positive attitudes toward math learning that can reflect the integrated capacity orientation. Regarding the assessment method, it should reflect the value of combination of formative evaluation and result evaluation, and the encouragement of diversity in assessment agencies and means.
