摘要
通过游戏可以看到真实的幼儿发展,因此教师要积极地建构多元评价策略,在聚焦幼儿发展的基础上,从游戏环境与幼儿发展的适应性、游戏中教师指导的有效性、游戏预设的准确性等角度实施全面的幼儿发展评价。这种基于自然的游戏情境的评价能够帮助教师学会使用科学的方法观察幼儿、解读幼儿,并为教师设计和实施个体教育方案提供科学依据。
Games often provide rich opportunities for teachers to see the authentic performance of children. So it's a good way for teachers to assess children's development based on their performance in games. To conduct such evaluation, however, teachers should use various assessment strategies, focus on the appropriation of the games and playing environment and evaluate their guidance to and influence on children during the games.
