Games often provide rich opportunities for teachers to see the authentic performance of children. So it＇s a good way for teachers to assess children＇s development based on their performance in games. To conduct such evaluation, however, teachers should use various assessment strategies, focus on the appropriation of the games and playing environment and evaluate their guidance to and influence on children during the games.
