摘要
本文研究了以增钙渣为主要原料烧制开孔型泡沫玻璃 ,探讨了发泡剂、烧成温度、增钙渣细度等对泡沫玻璃性能的影响 .研究结果表明 :发泡剂掺量为 2 .0 %~ 4.0 % ,烧结温度为 115 0℃ ,增钙渣通过 180目方孔筛 ,可以制得开孔率大于 40 %、表观密度 2 2 0~ 3 10 kg/ m3、抗压强度 2 .5~ 3 .
In this paper,authors studied the foam glass that is burned from gain-calcium dregs,and discuss the influence of vesicant,burned temperature and gain-calcium dregs fineness on corkpore glass performance.The results show that straw yellow foam glass which has pore ratio more than 40%,apparent density between 220~310 kg/m 3 and compression strength between 2.5 ~3.4 MPa can be made when the mix-ratio of vesicant varies between 2.0%~4.0% and burned temperature is 1150℃ and the gain-calcium dregs can pass the 180 square mesh sieve.
