摘要
搭建了由对称方波电压源、直流电流源、示波器、峰差解调电路组成的试验线路,提供了铁芯的具体参数和绕线要求,将10个绕制好的铁芯两两组合依次进行磁性能一致性的试验,测量了灵敏度和10min内的漂移量。试验结果表明,物理参数相近、制造工艺相同的铁芯两两组合后的磁性能仍然有明显的分散性,灵敏度的最大值为7 mV/(μA·T)、10min内最小漂移量为3μA·T。
It was constructed the experiment circuit formed by symmetric square wave voltage source, DC current source, oscilloscope and peak difference demodulation circuit, and it was also provided specific parameters of cores and winding requirement. Pairs of ten winded cores were tested sensitivity and drift value in 10 minutes. The result shows that the pair of cores characterized by the similar physical parameters and same manufacturing processes still has obvious magnetic performance dispersion. The top sensitivity is 7 mV/(μA·T) and the minimum drift value in 10 minutes is 3 μA·T.
