摘要
主要阐述了葡醛内酯的性质、应用、研究进展及发展趋势,研究了以淀粉为原料,经氧化、水解、内酯化制取葡醛内酯的合成方法。在合成葡醛内酯的实验过程中,考察了反应温度、反应时间、加料速度等因素对反应收率的影响,探寻了合成葡醛内酯的最佳工艺条件:100 g淀粉中加入70 m L发烟硝酸和30 m L的水,温度在50℃左右,且淀粉加入的速度应适当,反应时间为2 h,浓缩水解液时温度应控制在55℃以下,内酯化反应中加入醋酸酐不会对葡醛内酯的产率产生影响。葡醛内酯在低温条件下能结晶析出。
In this paper the properties, application, research progress and trend of D-glucuronolactone were summarized. Starch which is used as raw material can be processed into glucuronolactone by synthesis, hydrolysis and lactonization in this method. In the synthetic experiment of glucuronolactone, some factors which work on the yield such as temperature, time, the accession speed of starch were investigated. The optimum condition for the synthesis of glucuronolactone is as follows: 70 mL fuming nitric acid and 30 mL water should be added into 100 g starch, the oxidative temperature is about 50℃, and the accession speed of starch should be adequate, the oxidative experiment last for 2 h; concentration temperature is less than 55℃. It is turned out that the addition of acetic anhydride had no effect on the output of glucuronolactone which can be added into crystal and separate from water in the condition of law temperature.
