顺丁胶替代ESBR对V带压缩胶生热的影响

摘要 研究了不同用量的顺丁胶(BR)替代原配方中的乳聚丁苯胶(ESBR)对V带压缩胶的物理机械性能、压缩生热的影响,并通过损耗因子、压缩温升等表征其对V带压缩胶生热的影响。结果表明,随着BR代替量逐渐增大对压缩胶拉伸强度、100%定伸应力有所提升但断裂伸长率有所下降,硬度变化不大,且门尼黏度变化不大,对挤出加工性能影响不大。由RPA温度扫描知在V带正常工作温度80℃时SBR/BR为0/35有最低的损耗因子。压缩温升比原配方最高降低11℃。综合可知,当BR全部替换原配方中的ESBR时有较好的综合性能。 This paper studied on effect of V-belt compression rubber that different dosage of BR to replace ESBR of the original formula on the physical and mechanical properties, and characterized the effect of V-belt compression rubber heat by loss factor and temperature rising in compression flexometer testing. The results showed that the tensile strength and 100% modulus increased with the increasing of BR content, but the elongation at break decreased and the hardness changed little. According to the temperature sweep analysis of RPA, the SBR/BR with 0/35 has the lowest loss factor at 80℃ that the normal working temperature of V-belt and temperature rising in compression flexometer testing is lower than the original formula 11℃. It is known that the V-belt compression rubber has better comprehensive performance when the BR is completely replaced the ESBR of the original formula.
