摘要
通过对公司实际在用的一台双复合挤出生产线所存在的T字头的胎面胶压出气孔多,K字头的胎面胶压出气孔少,生产胎面时机头压力为5.0~6.1 MPa,无法满足8.0~10.0 MPa的工艺要求等问题进行分析,提出具体的改造措施进行总结,探讨通过机头改造达到满足工艺质量指标的目的。
This paper analyzed the problem of high porosity of T-type Tread compound and low porosity of K-type Tread compound for a complex extrusion production line by S1CHUAN KALEVEI TECHNOLOGY CO., Ltd., and the head pressure is 5.0-6.1 Mpa when extruded tread, not met 8-10.0 Mpa process requirements. Renovation measures are summed up and the purpose of through the nose reconstruction to satisfy the process quality index was discussed in this paper.
