某三甲儿童医院肾脏科常用药品儿童适用性调查分析

Applicability analysis of common drugs in pediatric patients with kidney diseases in a children hospital

目的:调查某院肾脏专科常用药品是否具有儿童适宜的剂型、规格及包装,并与英美两国同类药品分布情况比较。方法:对某院肾脏科48种常用药品进行描述性研究,统计分析中、美、英三国适合于儿童的规格、剂型、包装的相关差异。结果:48种药品中,英美两国小规格药品多于中国,适宜儿童的剂型多于中国,小包装的口服药品多于中国,且更注重使用儿童安全包装。结论:我国儿童药物现状的改观已刻不容缓,相关职能部门与生产企业应加强合作,推进儿童专用药品的开发研究。

OBJECTIVE To investigate whether common nephrological medicines have appropriate dosage forms,specifications and packaging for children in China,and compare distribution of similar drugs with Britain and the United States.METHODS A descriptive research was performed for 48 common drugs of nephrology department to analyze differences of specifications,dosage forms and packages for pediatric patients in China,Britain and the United States.RESULTS Of 48 drugs,Britain and the United States had smaller specifications,more suitable dosage forms and smaller packages of oral drugs,and more attentions had been paid to the use of child safety packages.CONCLUSION The present situations of pediatric medicines are urgent in our country.Relevant functional departments and manufacturers should ehance cooperation to promote development of special pediatric drugs.
