摘要
随着计算机网络、图像分析与处理技术及视频挖掘技术日趋成熟,视频监控得到了广泛普及并快速发展。视频侦查技术已成为刑事技术、行动技术、网侦技术之后的侦查破案第四大支撑技术和破案侦破新的增长点。视听资料作为证据,所记录的犯罪嫌疑人信息能够为案件侦破确定方向、缩小范围、锁定犯罪嫌疑人、认定犯罪的功能。本文主要讨论如何充分利用、挖掘视频监控中的隐含的、潜在的信息服务案件侦破工作。
With the increasingly mature of computer network、technology of image analysis and processing、video mining technology,video monitoring has gained popular widely and rapid development. Video investigation has become the fourth supporting technology after criminal technology,mobile technology,network technology and new growth point of solving a case. As Audiovisual materials are evidence,information of criminal suspects can be used to determine the direction of case investigation,narrow range,lock suspects and confirm the commission of a crime. This paper mainly discusses how to use and mine invisible,hidden information through video monitoring to solve a case.
