摘要 提出一种基于Michelson型干涉仪结构的循环自外差激光线宽测量法,分析了其系统偏振态稳定性,并依据自外差法的数学模型,对其输出功率谱密度函数进行了推导。在此基础上,结合仿真结果讨论了系统参数变化对输出光谱线型的影响。结果表明,相较于M-Z型循环自外差激光线宽测量法,该方法的系统偏振态稳定性较高,输出的功率谱相对稳定,谱线的信噪比相对较高,使激光的线宽测量精度得以提高。 This paper presents a new loss compensated recirculating delayed self-heterodyne detection (LC-RDSHD) method for laser linewidth measurement which is based on a Michelson interferometer. The stability of the system polarization state is analyzed, and the output power spectral density function is derived according to the mathematical model of self-heterodyne. In addition, the impact of the system parameter variations on the spectral line shape is discussed through software simulation. Compared with the LC-RDSHDwith a Mach-Zehnder interferometre, the new method enhances the stability and the signal to noise ratio, therefore the accuracy of measurement results is improved.
