复方泛影葡胺与碘海醇分别用于静脉泌尿系造影的效果观察

Observation on Efficacy of Compound Pan Shadow Meglumine and Iodine Sea Alcohol in the Intravenous Urography

目的:探讨复方泛影葡胺与碘海醇分别用于静脉泌尿系造影的效果。方法:选取2015年4月—2016年4月湖北省公安县人民医院收治的静脉泌尿系造影患者100例作为研究对象,以抽签法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予复方泛影葡胺,观察组患者给予碘海醇。对比观察两组患者静脉泌尿系造影的效果。结果:观察组患者图像质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者影像学诊断结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碘海醇用于静脉泌尿系造影的造影效果显著,不良反应较少。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of compound pan shadow meglumine and iodine sea alcohol in the intravenous urography. METHODS： 100 patients with intravenous urography admitted into Hubei Gong‘an County People＇s Hospital from Apr. 2015 to Apr. 2016 were selected to be divided into Observation group and control group via the lot drawing method,with 50 cases in each. The control group were treated with compound pan shadow meglumine,while the observation group received iohexol. The effects of intravenous urography of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The image quality of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical significance between two groups in imaging diagnoses（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of compound pan shadow meglumine and iodine sea alcohol in the intravenous urography is remarkable with few adverse drug reactions.
