玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合医用臭氧痛点阻滞治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Pain Point Block with Medical Ozone in Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合医用臭氧痛点阻滞治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:选取2015年3月—2016年4月湖北省荣军医院收治的肩周炎患者212例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组106例。对照组患者给予医用臭氧痛点阻滞,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用玻璃酸钠2 ml、关节腔内注射。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛、肩关节功能评分情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组,肩关节功能评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为95.28%(101/106),明显高于对照组的86.79%(92/106),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合医用臭氧痛点阻滞治疗肩周炎的疗效较好,可明显缓解患者相关症状,改善疼痛情况,促进肩关节功能恢复。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with pain point block with medical ozone in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. METHODS： 212 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted into Hubei Rongjun Hospital from Mar. 2015 to Apr. 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 106 cases in each. The control group were treated with medical ozone pain point block,while the observation group were additionally given intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate 2 ml. The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. The pain and shoulder function score of two groups were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS： After treatment,the pain score of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,yet the shoulder function score was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 28%（ 101/106）,significantly higher than that of control group [86. 79%（ 92/106） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONNS： The efficacy of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with pain point block with medical ozone in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis is significant,and can significantly ease the symptoms of patients,improve pain and promote the functional recovery.
