中日友好医院医院制剂鞣酸软膏配制工艺的优化

Optimization of the Preparation Technics of Tannin Ointment in China-Japan Friendship Hospital

目的:改进鞣酸软膏制备工艺,提高鞣酸软膏的生产效率和质量。方法:通过比较鞣酸软膏三种不同的配制工艺,筛选出最佳工艺。结果:取黄凡士林、羊毛脂置电磁炉上加热至90℃,无水亚硫酸钠加水溶解备用;另取甘油、鞣酸,搅拌混匀后置电磁炉上加热至无固体鞣酸颗粒(注意边加热边搅拌),稍冷却后,再缓缓加入备用的无水亚硫酸钠溶液,控制此相温度约90℃;后将该相缓缓加入上述基质中,在电动搅拌机下高速搅拌至微黏稠状(温度约55℃),停止搅拌机搅拌,在冰水浴下搅拌至将凝,冷却即得。结论:用上述配制工艺配制鞣酸软膏快速、简单,产品性状好,质量稳定,疗效确切,符合中日友好医院制剂室生产条件。

OBJECTIVE：To improve the preparation technics of tannin ointment and to enhance its production efficiency and quality. METHODS： To screen out the best preparation technic after the comparison of three different technics. RESULTS： The yellow soft paraffin and wool grease were heated to 90 ℃ by the induction cooker, and anhydrous sodium sulfite dissolved with water for standby. The glycerinum and tannin were stirred and mixed before heating till non-solid tannin particles （heating while stirring） by the induction cooker, and the anhydrous sodium sulfite was slowly added after cooling, the temperature was controlled aroud 90 ℃ ; then it was joined into the yellow soft paraffin and wool grease and mixed in high speed till slightly sticky with electric mixer （with temperature aroud 55 ℃）, stop the electric mixer and stir it till about to coagulate, and the tannin ointment was obtained after cooling. CONCLUSIONS： The preparation technic mentioned above was quick and simple, and the tannin ointment was obtained with good character of commodity, stable quality and accurate efficacy, according with the production condition of the manufacturing laboratory of China-Japan Friendship Hospital.
