乳酸菌阴道胶囊预防未足月胎膜早破的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in Prevention of Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的:探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊预防妊娠晚期未足月胎膜早破(preterm premature rupture of the membrane,PPROM)的临床应用价值。方法:选取2014年8月—2015年10月襄阳市妇幼保健院接收的阴道微生态失衡的妊娠晚期患者180例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。观察组患者给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊,对照组不采用药物干预。比较两组患者阴道分泌物清洁度、阴道pH、乳酸菌阳性及PPROM发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者阴道pH较治疗前显著升高,且升高程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者乳酸菌阳性率显著下降,阴道分泌物清洁度显著改善,与治疗前及与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者PPROM发生率为2.22%(2/60),明显低于对照组的12.22%(11/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊能够有效改善患者阴道微生态环境,降低PPROM发生率。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the application value of Lacidophilin vaginal capsules in prevention of preterm premature rupture of membranes （PPROM）. METHODS： 180 patients vaginal micro ecological imbalance admitted into Xiangyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from Aug. 2014 to Oct. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, 90 cases in each. The observation group was treated with Lacidophilin vaginal capsules, while the control group did not use drug intervention. The vaginal cleanness, pH, positive lactic acid bacteria and incidence of PPROM of two groups were compared. RESULTS ： After treatment, the pH of observation group increased significantly compared with before treatment, and the increasing range better than that of control group, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the positive lactic acid bacteria of observation group decreased significantly, yet the vaginal cleanness was improved significantly, and the improvement of various indicators in observation group were significant better than those of control group, with statistieally significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of observation group was 2.22% （2/60）, significantly lower than that of control group 12.22% （11/60）, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSIONS： Laeidophilin vaginal capsules can effectively improve the vaginal micro ecological environment and reduce the incidence of PPROM.
