临床药师对晚期结肠癌合并甲状腺功能减退症患者的药学监护

Participation of Clinical Pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Care for Patients with Advanced Colon Cancer Accompanied with Hypothyroidism

目的:探讨临床药师在晚期结肠癌合并甲状腺功能减退症患者治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师参与1例晚期结肠癌合并甲状腺功能减退症患者的临床治疗,协助临床医师制订与优化治疗方案,并监护患者用药过程。结果:抗肿瘤药卡培他滨与左旋甲状腺素片发生相互作用,拮抗甲状腺素的功能,是导致患者甲状腺功能减退症状控制不佳的主要原因,临床药师协助临床医师优化治疗方案后,患者甲状腺各项指标的水平恢复正常。结论:抗肿瘤药与其他药物的相互作用应引起临床足够重视,临床药师应加强此方面的用药监护,促进临床合理用药。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the effect of clinical pharmacists in treatment of advanced colon cancer accompanied with hypothyroidism. METHODS： Clinical pharmacists participated in clinical treatment of a case of advanced colon cancer accompanied with hypothyroidism, gave assistance to clinicians for formulating and optimizing therapeutic regimen, and monitored the patients＇ medication. RESULTS： The major cause of poor control of hypothyroidism was the interaction between antineoplastic drug capecitabine and Levothyroxine sodium tablets, therefore against the antithyroidin. The index levels of thyroid returned to normal after the clinical pharmacists optimized the therapeutic regimen. CONCLUSIONS： The interaction between antineoplastic drugs and other drugs has to be paid enough attention, pharmacists should reinforce pharmaceutical care to improve rational drug application.
