Waterproof Construction Technology of Basement of High-rise Building

随着我国建设需求的不断增长,不少高层建筑拔地而起,其中的地下室工程也开始迅速发展起来。地下室如果发生渗水,就会导致钢筋被腐蚀,进而影响建筑的使用寿命及安全稳定性。主要从工程设计和施工质量两方面,研究造成高层建筑地下室漏水渗水的主要因素,并就高层建筑地下室防水施工技术的应用措施展开探讨,进一步提升高层建筑地下室防水施工的质量。

With the increasing demand of construction in China, many high-rise buildings have been erected, and the basements in high-rise buildings have also developed rapidly.Basement if seepage occurs, it will lead to corrosion of steel bars, thereby affecting the life of the building and security and stability.The main factors that caused water leakage in basement of high-rise building were studied from two aspects of engineering design and construction quality.The application of waterproof construction technology in basement of high-rise building was discussed, and the quality of basement waterproof construction was further promoted.
