On how to Train Professional and Technical Personnel in Construction of Water Conservancy Project

通过对大通县"十二五"水利工程建设情况分析发现,当前水利工程已从单一模式向综合治理转变;资金来源从国内转向国际;工程规模跨区域发展等,使项目实施难度相应增加,对基层水利工作者提出了新的挑战,由此基层水利工作者不仅要提升综合能力,更要注重心理健康和心理调试,适应新时期水利工程建设的发展。

Based on our county ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ water conservancy construction analysis found that the current water conservancy project from the single mode to the comprehensive management of change ; source of funds from domestic to international engineering the scale of cross regional development, make the project implementation difficulty increases accordingly, put forward the new challenge to the grass-roots water conservancy workers, the grass-roots water conservancy workers not only to improve the comprehensive ability, we should pay more attention to the psychological health and psychological adjustment, to adapt to the development of water conservancy construction in the new period.
