泡沫玻璃废料保温发泡制品的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以泡沫玻璃废料为主要原料,使用粉煤灰代替部分水泥,利用化学发泡法制备泡沫玻璃废料保温发泡制品,研究了在不同配比下的泡沫玻璃废料保温发泡制品的物理性能。结果表明,制作产品的原材料里泡沫玻璃废料的多少直接影响了产品的密度、强度、导热系数,原材料里泡沫玻璃废料加的越多其产品的密度越轻、抗折强度和抗压强度越低、导热系数也越低,同时双氧水的多少也直接影响其密度性能。 Foam glass waste was used as the main raw material, and some cement were replaced by fly ash.The foamed glass foam was prepared by chemical foaming method.The physical properties of foaming glass waste foamed products were studied in different proportions.The results show that the production of raw materials, foam glass waste directly affects the number of product density, strength, thermal conductivity, raw materials, foam glass waste, the more the more the product density, bending strength and compressive strength of the lower, the lower the thermal conductivity, while the number of hydrogen peroxide also directly affect the density performance.
