摘要
"一带一路"战略建设及其影响是近些年中国政府关注的一个焦点问题。文章基于Web of Science数据库,实证研究了中国与沿线国家科研合作现状及其影响因素。无论是总体数据还是分学科数据分析均显示,中国与沿线国家的科研合作呈现出迅速上升的态势。在构建国际科研合作引力模型的基础上,实证研究进一步表明,中国与沿线国家间的科研积累、地理距离和合作伙伴关系亲密程度是影响国际科研合作的重要因素。这一结论对于促进我国国际科研合作具有较强的政策涵义。
Based on the Web of Science database,this paper empirically studies the current situation and influencing factors of scientific research cooperation between China and other "the Belt and Road"countries.Both the analysis with overall data and the data divided by disciplines show that the scientific research cooperation between China and other "the Belt and Road" countries is rapidly rising.In the foundation of gravity model of international cooperation in scientific research,empirical research further shows that the important factors influencing international cooperation in scientific research are the accumulation of scientific research,geographic distance and the closeness of partnership between China and other "the Belt and Road "countries.The conclusion has a strong policy implication to promote international scientific research cooperation in China.
