分光光度法测定造纸白液中的氯离子含量

Spectrophotometric Determination of ChlorineIon Content in White Liquor from Papermaking Process

采用分光光度法测定造纸白液中的Cl-含量，操作快捷、简单、安全、方便，但系统稳定性不高，受外部环境的影响较大。该文以AgNO3作沉淀剂，丙三醇（C3H8O3）作稳定剂，采用分光光度法测定造纸白液中的Cl-含量，介绍了测定前的白液的预处理步骤，研究并获得了所述测定方法中测定Cl-含量的最佳控制条件为：测定波长为430nm，测定时间为15-60min，HN03溶液用量为4mL，AgN03溶液用量为2mL；C3H803用量为5mL。

Thecontent of chloride ion in white liquor was determined by spectrophotometric method, which has such advantages as operation quick, simple, safe, convenient and so on. But the system stability of this methodwas low, and could be strongly influenced by the external environment. This article applied silver nitrate as precipitantand glycerol as sediment stabilizer, for determining the content of chloride ion in white liquor by spectrophotometric method.And it also introduced the pretreatment of white liquor. By doing a lot of researches, then acquiredthe optimal conditionswere that the testing wavelength, measuring time, nitric aciddosage, silver nitrate dosage, glycerol dosage were 430 nm, 15~60 min, 4 mL, 2 mL and 5 mL, respectively.
