摘要
由于轧制工艺不同,纵向变厚度钢板力学性能与等厚度钢板存在较大差异,且性能变化范围较大。针对该问题进行研究,对12~120 mm厚的纵向变厚度钢板进行拉伸、冲击及Z向性能试验,得到钢板不同厚度处力学性能变化规律并评价其均质性。结果表明:纵向变厚度钢板性能基本满足相关规范要求,强度指标随厚度增加而降低;Z向性能稳定,但冲击韧性随厚度变化波动较大,板厚较大时需要特别注意。变厚度钢板的力学性能不同于等厚度钢板,采用等厚度钢板性能评价指标并不合理,需要进行深入研究。
Due to the different rolling process,there is a big difference between the material mechanical properties of longitudinally profiled steel plate(LP plate) and normal plate,and the former performance varies greatly.For further research on this issue,uniaxial tensile test,Charpy impact test and Z-direction property test were performed on LP plate of12 ~ 120 mm to obtain the change law of mechanical properties of different thickness and evaluate its homogeneity.The experimental results indicated that the mechanical properties of LP plates could meet the specification requirements,and strength properties decreasd with the increase of thickness:Z-direction property was stable,but impact property need special attention because of large fluctuations.The mechanical properties of LP plate and normal plate were different,so it was unreasonable to evaluate the LP plate by the normal way and a further research was necessary.
