装配式ALC外挂墙板抗震性能试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 装配式ALC外挂墙板由ALC单条板拼装而成,外挂墙板和钢框架之间采用一种新型装配方式,为研究应用此装配方式的ALC外挂墙板在地震作用下的工作性能,对4个试件进行了拟静力加载试验。试验结果表明:ALC外挂墙板拼装节点、外挂墙板与钢框架连接的装配节点工作性能良好,钢框架发生较大的侧向变形时,外挂墙体未出现破碎、掉落现象,外挂墙板适应钢框架的变形能力良好;ALC外挂墙板对结构承载力的影响在9%以内,对延性的影响在3%以内,对刚度影响在7%以内,考虑到试验误差,认为外挂墙板对结构的承载力、延性和刚度基本没有影响,结构设计中可以忽略;ALC外挂墙板经过表面处理,增强了外挂墙板的整体性能,减小了结构小位移时外挂墙板内部单条板间的相对错动。 Prefabricated ALC external panels are assembled by ALC bars.A new installation method was proposed to connect prefabricated ALC panels and steel frame.To study the performance and seismic behavior of ALC external panels with the joint,4 specimens were designed and tested under low-cyclic loading.The results showed that the connections of specimens were not destroyed in the test,no crack was observed on the panels,the panels could work well when the steel frame was subject to large deformation:panels had little effect on load capacity(less than 9%),stiffness(less than 3%)and ductility(less than 7%) of the structure,the effect of panels on structure could be neglected in design.A range of surface treatments could improve the integrity of ALC external panel and prevented the relative sliding between ALC bars when the structure subjected to deformation.
