摘要
整体节点以其制作安装便捷、经济效益良好被广泛应用于国内外的桥梁建设中,为了更加全面地了解整体节点的结构特征、优化整体节点的制作工艺,对整体节点钢桁梁桥下弦杆的制作工艺进行系统分析与论述。首先,对整体节点下弦杆的结构设计特点进行介绍;然后,指出整体节点杆件制作的特点与难点;最后,以沪通长江大桥主航道桥下弦杆为工程背景,系统阐述整体节点下弦杆的制作工艺及控制要点和具体控制措施,并结合沪通桥下弦杆的自身特点,提出在沪通桥弦杆的制作过程中的工艺优化措施。
Integral joints for steel truss girder bridge have been widely applied to both domestic and international bridge construction with their advantages of simple installation and outstanding economic benefit.In order to increase knowledge of integral joints and optimize the manufacturing process,the design characteristics and manufacturing processes of the lower chord with integral joints for steel truss girder bridge were elaborated systematically in the paper.Firstly,the design characteristics of the lower chord with integral joints are introduced.Second,the characteristics and difficulties in the manufacture of the lower chord with integral joints were pointed out.Finaly the lower chord of the main navigable channel of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge was taken as engineering background,the manufacturing processes of the lower chord with integral joints were illustrated systematically and the control key points and specific measured in the manufacturing processes were proposed.According to the characteristics of the lower chord of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge,the process optimizing measures during the manufacturing were pointed out.
