摘要
蚌埠淮河大桥主桥上部结构为三跨连续钢桁拱。拱弦杆件采用整体节点形式,结构形式极为复杂,节点板从上水平板槽口穿出,上、下水平板被穿过的拱弦水平板分为多块,杆件连接关系繁杂。通过对拱弦杆件结构特点的分析,对杆件的外形几何尺寸、焊接变形、焊接质量、制孔精度控制进行研究,制定了合理的制作工艺。采用该工艺后,杆件重要控制项点均符合要求,有效地保证了杆件的制作质量。
The upper structure of Bengbu Huai River Bridge is steel truss arch with three continuous spans.Arch chord used integral joint,the structure was very complex,joint plates crossed through the top flange plate from the rabbet,the top and bottom plate was divided into blocks by the arch horizontal plates,and with multifarious connection relations between bars.Through the analysis of the characteristics of overall joint structure in the steel truss arch,the bar’s geometry size,welding deformation,welding quality and accuracy control of holes were researched,as well as adopting reasonable process method.After the introduction of the technological process,the control point of important rods all met the standard requirements,the quality of bar was ensured effectively.
