摘要
栓钉作为将钢结构、压型钢板和混凝土进行刚性组合的连接件,在压型钢板厚度较大的情况下进行现场焊接,其质量受众多因素影响不易保障,尤其在压型钢板与钢结构贴合面不紧密时。因此改良传统的施工工艺,增加相应措施来保障贴合面紧密,可大大提高栓钉焊接质量和速度,以便为该工程的顺利施工奠定良好的基础。
As the rigid combination fittings of steel structure,profiled steel plate and concrete,in the case of thickness of steel sheet is larger,the quality of welding is not easy to guarantee because of many factors,especially in the profiled steel plate and steel structure welding joint surface is not close.To improve the traditional construction techniques,increasing the corresponding measures to protect the joint surface closely,can greatly improve the stud welding quality and speed,which can lay a good foundation for the smooth construction of this project.
