摘要
某工程结构类型为型钢混凝土组合结构,总建筑面积43 238 m2。针对型钢混凝土钢筋密集,型钢预埋件多且截面大,施工协调难等特点,进行深入研究;确定型钢穿孔的形式和方法,并分析节点细部做法,保证型钢与钢筋混凝土的工序衔接顺畅。通过采用有限元软件对型钢混凝土结构梁柱节点分析得出,型钢的存在使得柱身变形明显减小;混凝土的存在保证了型钢腹板不发生局部屈曲;钢筋孔周围的翼缘应力集中现象严重,应限制开孔的大小,使之不致影响整个构件的承载力。
The structure type of an engineering is structural steel concrete composite structure,the total area is 43 238 square meters.According to the characteristics of closely spaced rebar,quantity embedded parts for large section and difficultly construction coordinating for structural steel concrete,an out in-depth study was carried out.It introduces the forms and methods of structural steel piercing and analyzed the detail operating of joints,so as to ensure the procedure connection of structural steel and reinforced concrete.By adopting finite element software to analyze the beam-column joints of structural steel concrete structure,the deformation of column body was obvious decreased on account of column body existence and the concrete existence ensured that structural steel webs could not occur partial buckling.The flange around rebar openings emergesd serious stress concentration phenomenon,the size of openings showld be limited in order to avoid affecting the bearing capacity of the whole component.
