海洋计量工作是国家计量体系的重要组成部分,是国家海洋局履行海洋综合管理职责的重要技术基础工作,是支撑海洋调查、观测、监测、检测数据准确可靠的重要手段和基本保证。海洋计量工作作为我国海洋事业的重要组成部分,科技创新是其发展的必由之路。文章系统论述海洋计量科技创新的重点领域和海洋计量科技创新应具备的条件,并结合国家海洋标准计量中心科技创新方面的初步尝试进行分析。

Marine metrology is a key part of national metrology system and the basic technical work carrying out by the State Oceanic Administration of the People＇s Republic of China for the integrative administration,as well as th accuracy and reliability of marine data e lmporta including test.Marine metrology is a key part of marine nt measures and basic guarantee to support the survey, observation, monitoring, inspection services in China, technology innovation is the only road for its advancement.This paper systematically analyzed the primary areas of the technical in novation of marine metrology, discussed the conditions that make up the technical innovation and analyzed the initial technical innovation efforts of National Center of Ocean Standards and Metrol ogy.
